A Guide to the Commission Process

1. Choose Your Special Memory
Decide on the photo you’d like transformed into a custom painting. This could be a wedding venue, honeymoon destination, family home, beloved pet, classic car, or any cherished memory.
2. Email a high quality photograph that best represents your chosen memory. If you’re unsure about the photo, feel free to send multiple options. I’m happy to advise on which image would work best for a painting.
3. Discuss Commission Details & Price
Once I receive your photo,  we’ll discuss details and discuss any specific requests, composition adjustments, or extra elements you’d like included (e.g., adding or removing background elements). I can then provide a price. There is no obligation to go ahead.
4. Approval of the Final Composition
Before I begin painting, I’ll share a sketch or concept of the final composition for your approval. This ensures you’re happy with the direction of the artwork.
5. Painting Process
Once the composition is approved, I’ll get to work on your unique hand painted masterpiece. When the painting is complete, I’ll send you a photograph of the finished piece for your final approval before carefully packaging and shipping it to you. 
6. Receive Your  Painting
Your completed artwork will be securely packaged and shipped to you. I’ll provide tracking information so you can follow his journey.

Important Notes
• For the best results, choose clear, high resolution photos with good lighting and detail.
• If you have specific deadlines (e.g., a birthday or anniversary), let me know when placing your order so I can prioritise accordingly.
• All paintings are non-refundable due to their custom nature, but I’ll work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you’re delighted with the result.
